  • You’re an inspiration to us all mate

  • Dear Michael - my thoughts are with you, hard for me to see you looking so thin…..you spoke so well, you seem very calm in your power. With mixed feelings I salute you and respect your actions - it has been a long and complex journey that has led you to this point and I know that your dedication to doing everything possible to help us all come to our senses is unwavering.
    I humbly thank you.
I am about to take my girls bush for a few days - down to Jervis Bay - time to think, time to reflect, I will be thinking of you,
    love Jenny

  • Michael, you are an incredible inspiration. As I watched your video I was deeply moved and connected to the reality of our serious situation on Earth.

At the same time I felt deep grief and concern for your personal situation, especially as your slight frame turned in the camera’s eye at the close.

Someway I am sending you my energy, my nourishment, my resolve. I want to see you smiling and nibbling on food on the day that Copenhagen agree on 350ppm CO2e and $160Bn per year for justice.

Yesterday’s news of Copenhagen was even more national leaders will be attending, including Canada. The means for this agreement will be in the room.

Your courage and conviction can inspire them to do it. Heaven knows we need it.

    Much love, and peace.

  • Dear Michael

You are incredible. Not many of us could speak as sanely, as clearly or as eloquently as you have in your blog… and you’ve gone without food for 20 days. A feat I can barely imagine.

Your mind and body are fighting so hard for us all… thank you warmly!

    Take care,

    Alison
