Bernadette plans to fast for 3 days only as I will be into edits on my upcoming book and taking part in a vocal workshop the weekend of the 6th.
I am a poet, activist and mother who grew up on a small farm in rural Saskatchewan, Canada. I am active in many groups both on- and off-line, including the singing group which recorded the CD, My Heart Is Moved, a collection of songs primarily based on the text of the Earth Charter.
