I plan to fast for the duration of Copenhagen in parliament square, London.

I’ve been involved in cross-sector social and environmental projects for many years, and am currently project manager of a community renewables project in Cornwall UK, Treasurer of a Climate Friendly Parish, and a member of Cornwall Community Climate Forum and the Transition Towns Network.

I was previously editor of Rising Tide climate action news-sheet for and part of the communications team at the 2007 / 2008 UK Climate Camps, and have been involved with organising and participating in non-violent direct action and environmental outreach since the UK roads protests of the 1990's.

I have a young family leading a very low-impact lifestyle for the past ten years, which has drawn attention from the media.

I believe that CJF is a powerful way to convey the message that we need both a binding international agreement at Copenhagen and massive societal change if we are to avoid a global catastrophe. It is extremely humbling to be a little part of this fantastic group.
